Cottage # 4 This is our first two story cottage with approx 520 square feet of total livable space. The first floor consists of a galley kitchen, open living and dining space with half-bath and storage under the stairs. Stairs to the second floor reveal a large bedroom with full bath, and two closets for storage. This is one of the smallest footprints available.
