Cottage # 1 Our most efficient plan at 352 square feet is one that can be very easily built off site and trailered to its final location. This plan is a direct response to the FEMA relief trailers. As an alternative with hopes that these cottages will be a permanent start to a future homestead. This cottage plan has an open feel with its cathedral ceiling, and alcove kitchen. A bunkroom for two to four persons and a full-bath with tub shower unit, sit to the back of the house. The front porch, with entry foyer, has a coat/storage closet. The intent of this plan is to utilize the back half of the gable roof as storage above the bedroom and bath.
